All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are estimated and may vary based on destination and shipping method. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 7. Returns, Refunds and Your Consumer Rights
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, which exceeds the 7-day cooling-off period under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). On a cooling-off cancellation the only charge to you is the direct cost of returning the goods, and refunds are paid within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA): if goods are defective, unsafe or not as described, you may return them within 6 months for a repair, replacement or full refund at our cost, including items marked 'Final Sale'. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Synix Lux or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Synix Lux. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
9. User Content
By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant Synix Lux a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. You represent that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate any third party's rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, Synix Lux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit or data) arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or for defective goods as provided by the CPA.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Synix Lux, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
